How do I know if my Rewards Member referrals joined?
It's easy. Just login to your account and check your referral activity. (Click on Referral Reports in your Account Dashboard)
Is there anything else important that I should know?
Yes. Remember that our success is based on you shopping frequently and purchasing the products we buy from top brand manufacturers. To be eligible to receive your Perpetual Reward and PolkaDot Rewards you will want to remember to purchase at least $150 in products at the Member Price to earn the Rewards that accrue during your 30-Day Shopping Cycle. You can use your Personal Purchase Discount and/or accrued PolkaDot Rewards to apply against your purchases to meet this requirement.
Is this an MLM?
No. The Green Polkadot Box is a membership club like Costco, an online merchant like Amazon. We focus on providing our members top brand organic and natural foods and other healthy products. This is our niche. We serve a potential membership of more than 30 million consumers who are interested in saving from $1,000 to $2,000 per year on the brands they know and trust. All members may refer others.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel my Membership?
You can change your mind at any time and choose not to activate your Associate Membership. After you activate by paying your membership fee, you may cancel your membership within 30 days and receive a full refund AFTER you have submitted and received delivery of at least two orders totaling more than $150 each. But you must follow the guidelines for submitting written notice to cancel as outlined in the Policies and Procedures.
What is GPDB's Return Policy?
The Green PolkaDot Box evaluates and deals with Member complaints and requests for product returns on a case-by-case basis. As a general policy we are committed to provide such a high level of service that Member complaints are not necessary. But in the rare case when a Member is dissatisfied with the The Green PolkaDot Box, for any reason, we will do everything possible to satisfy and retain the trust of that Member.
What is the cost?
The annual cost of a Associate Membership is $125. You may activate and pay for your account after our Founder's Launch.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping by FED EX GROUND is free on all orders of $150 or more in the continental U.S. excluding sales tax if you are a Utah resident. Shipping cost on orders in the continental U.S. that are less than $150 is a flat rate of $9.95. This rate is subject to change due to increases in fuel cost. There will be a surcharge for orders weighing in excess of 63 lbs. Founding Members may use and apply their PolkaDot Rewards to pay for orders and shipping, if applicable, at time of check out. The minimum order is $35, not including tax and shipping charges.
