Amber Lyn Answers Frequently-Asked Questions
Q: What is the cocoa content?
A: Our dark chocolate has 54% cocoa content, the milk chocolate has 34% and the white chocolate has 31% cocoa content. Because of our high cocoa content, you are able to benefit from the added antioxidant and polyphenols in the chocolate.
Q: Do the bars contain any gluten?
A: All of our chocolate bars are gluten free. Although our maltitol is derived from wheat, the gluten is extracted through the process of washing out the starch in the wheat. We use specific procedures of cleanliness to ensure there is no cross contamination between our truffles and the chocolate bars.
