Q: I cannot have eggs. Can I use commercial egg replacer in your products?
A: Commercial egg replacer can be used in our cookie mixes, but will not work in any of our other mixes. We provide egg-free recipes for each product on the website and as we print new boxes, we include those recipes on the boxes (inside or outside of the box if there is room). We continually try new substitutions and will publish those on our website to give you even more options. But, please know that commercial egg replacers will not work for recipes that call for more than 2 eggs. PLEASE click here to check out our recipe section for egg-free recipes.
Q: Can I use oil in place of butter in your recipes?
A: No. Oil will not work in our recipes that call for butter. However, you can substitute margarine or shortening.
