Seeing that the current health care crisis in America is leading us towards personal and national bankruptcy; that millions of our aging population are suffering from the ravages of disease; and that more than one-third of younger generation is likely to suffer and die as a result of complications related to diabetes...we thought it was time to do something about it. By working together with you--at the grass roots level--we think we can bring about change for the better.

We don't seek for power, wealth or fame. We don't have any agenda but to provide you with access to the most healthy foods and other products at the lowest possible price; and to teach the truth about health and dietary lifestyle practices. Our membership concept is designed to accomplish this mission. We don't make profit on the products we sell to you. We pass on all possible savings directly to you in exchange for payment of your annual membership fee.

If we continue to rely on the so-called giants of the dairy, meat, confections and processed foods industries to solve our health care crisis; or if we count on our politicians that are funded by these industries act in our best interests; then we are doomed to lose our freedoms that result from living an abundant, healthy lifestyle.

So, we promise to live up to our mission. We will not sacrifice our integrity, our goals, for profit. We will not lead you astray. You can count on us; that we will do everything possible to save you time and money on essential healthy foods and products.

My wife and I sat down one Saturday morning in the fall of 2007, trying to come up with the perfect brand name for our enterprise; a name that would describe exactly what we do. We failed. Of course we wanted a name that was memorable, but that allowed us flexibility. We didn't want to be known only as a food company because we think there are many healthy, environment-friendly products out there; and we wanted to be able to bring you some extraordinary deals when we see them--even if they are not always perfectly "green." The only thing we found in common--with no matter what we offer to our members--is our packaging. So, the recyclable box in which we ship just had to be green. And, we chose a variety of polka dots to accent our box because we do a variety of things: SHOP, LEARN, and ASK.

There's no magic or mystery to the name we've chosen. But we like it. We hope you do, too...and that you'll remember it.

We are a humble, unpretentious lot; a bunch of nobodies. Yet, everyone of us has a little expertise. Using our talents collectively, we do a pretty good job, occasionally making mistakes. But, don't be fooled. We are committed to perfection...and you.
